Associate, Sales
At PBXL, we only want the best sales people, and believe that a top performing salesperson should earn more than the company President. We are performance driven, and expect our team members to identify likely customers and manage them through the entire process of choosing a PBX and/or telecommunications company. As a salesperson at PBXL, you will use Salesforce.com to report on and manage your sales pipeline, and will be expected to generate substantial business. Additionally, post-sale, you will be responsible for managing clients to ensure that they are not just satisfied but supersatisfied with the PBXL service offerings.
Minimum Requirements include:
• Superior Japanese skills.
• An outgoing personality.
• A desire to manage the entire customer process, from contact to contract.
• Ability to work independently.
Ideal candidates have:
• A relevant college degree.
• 1-2 years experience selling computer or telephony infrastructure within an enterprise environment.
Associate, Engineering and Operations
PBXL is a technology services company, and, as such, our engineering and operations capabilities are critical to our success. While we may ask you what Star Wars character is your favorite, and why, we are looking for really smart people who are capable of completing difficult tasks under pressure. If you are interested in routers, VPNs, core infrastructure and how the Internet and IP telephony really work, PBXL is right for you. If you know the difference between 22 and 23, 25 and 110, and 80 and 443 we are especially interested in hearing from you.
Minimum Requirements include:
• Superior technical skills, especially people who are interested in TCP/IP and cloud computing applications.
• Superior Japanese skills and business English skills.
• Ability to work and learn independently, identify gaps in technical knowledge and fill them.
Ideal candidates have:
• A college degree in a relevant field, or, more importantly, managed their college LAN.
• 1-2 years experience working for a telecommunications company or ISP.
• A working light saber or equivalent.
Associate, Customer Care
Supersatisfied customers are the explicit goal of PBXL Customer Care. As a customer care associate, you are the friendly voice or happy e-mail that our customers will interact with. In addition to handling customer support, and utilizing the PBXL ticketing system to track incidents, you are expected to make sure that, at the end of the process, they are supersatisfied with the PBXL experience.
Minimum Requirements include:
• Superior personal skills, with a technical interest, and a desire to work closely with both business and technical people to solve problems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Superior Japanese skills and business English skills.
Ideal candidates have:
• A college degree in a relevant field, or, more importantly, managed their college LAN.
• 1-2 years experience working for a telecommunications company or ISP in customer care.
• Experience with a trouble ticketing system like Remedy or the equivalent.
